2. What data we process and why

When you contact us by telephone or WhatsApp to request a medical visit, we process the information you choose to give us (such as the patient's name and age, location, contact telephone and the reason for the visit) solely to assess and arrange the visit and to contact you. This website has no contact forms and does not collect personal data by itself.

3. Legal basis

Your consent and, where a medical visit takes place, the provision of healthcare services.

4. Recipients

Administrative staff, and our data processors for hosting, technical support and website maintenance. Public supervisory and control bodies, only when legally required. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

5. International transfers

Only those arising from the services of our data processors and messaging platforms, with appropriate safeguards and under the supervision of our DPO.

6. Retention period

Communications are retained for one (1) year, unless you exercise your rights or a legal obligation requires a longer period.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and not to be subject to automated individual decisions. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Requests are answered within thirty (30) days. Contact: dpd@ruahasesores.com

8. Complaints

You may file a complaint directly with our DPO and, if you wish, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es ("Sede Electrónica") or at C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid.

We do not use algorithms or mechanisms that produce decisions affecting you individually.

10. Changes to this policy

Fisioterapia Torremolinos, S.L.U. may update this policy to reflect legal or regulatory changes. Any significant changes will be published on this website.
